Vincent Square is a redevelopment of an existing building into a mixture of luxury and affordable flats.

Able were contracted to build an IRS system, taking signals from a single satellite dish cluster and distributing them to the entire complex.

Able designed a system to offer standard TV and Satellite services to the Affordable dwellings, whilst offering a fully flexible TV and data network system for the luxury flats and penthouses.

The luxury apartments were installed with TV/Satellite points in all main rooms and their own Cat5e data network for home office networking.
