The Northumberland hotel is a beautifully restored building dating back to the 1880’s, situated just off London’s historic Trafalgar Square.

The project involved the installation of Data and RF cabling to over 300 Hotel rooms and other general areas of the hotel.

All outlets were run back to equipment cabinets installed within the risers, which were in turn connected to a basement communications room through OM3 fibre.

Able also installed a coaxial network for TV distribution.

Challenges overcome on the project included finding routes for cables in the very confined spaces of a historic building and the making sure that outlets integrated seamlessly with the up-market decor.
